1. Transparent and Fair Job Performance
  • Treat all customers equally without discrimination, and carry out duties clearly and transparently.
  • Do not follow any improper instructions that undermine fairness in performing duties.
  • Do not use a superior or dominant position to make unfair demands or receive any form of compensation from stakeholders.
2. Transparent and Fair Relationships with Stakeholders
  • Do not engage in any socially inappropriate acts such as giving or receiving money or valuables, lending or borrowing funds, making improper requests or solicitations, or granting special favors that may hinder fair business conduct for oneself or others.
  • Do not publicly announce personal family events to stakeholders, and ensure that any monetary gifts related to such events remain within customary social norms.
  • Do not accept gifts or souvenirs that exceed the level generally considered socially acceptable.
  • Do not accept excessive entertainment, hospitality, or convenience beyond customary business practice.
  • Do not make any personal requests or solicitations regarding the hiring or personnel decisions of acquaintances.
3. Prohibition of Private Gains Using Company Assets
  • Do not use internal company information obtained directly or indirectly through job duties for personal or third-party benefit.
  • Do not use company assets for personal purposes or for matters unrelated to official duties.
  • Do not engage in side businesses or dual employment for profit without company approval, especially if it may interfere with one’s job responsibilities.
4. Protection of Company Information
  • Do not leak company trade secrets or confidential information to any outside party without authorization. Information acquired during employment must not be disclosed even after resignation without prior approval.
  • Do not distort, falsify, or damage company-related information, and do not spread false statements or rumors.
